Equipment Introduction
Automatic mobile industrial drying equipment is researched and developed on the basis of traditional
dryer to be aim at domestic and foreign customers’ requirement. The complete drying system is
installed on the movable trailer, which can be used immediately after simple commissioning once it gets
to the working site, and it occupies small area with short installation period. It is suitable for the working
condition of small-scale drying project, non-fixed working areas, with strong adaptive ability to the
working sites. PLC automatic control system can be adopted in the entire system, which contains
advanced testing equipment, thermometer, temperature control device, fault alarm and automatic
shutdown protection etc.

Besides the advantages of tradtional drying equipment,the biggest advantage is moving conveniently
and flexibly,adaptable to field,short installation period.
Working Princliple:
It is mixed flow dryer. The hot air as the heat medium is to bake food.
Its internal is mainly consisting of layers of staggered angular ventilation box. Outside the box is full of
grain which flows from top to bottom, the hot air enters by inlet box, up and down direction across the
grain layer, and exhaust through the exhaust box.
The hot air and grain flow cocurrent flow and reverse flow, called the mixed flow. When hot air pass
through the grain layer, heat and moisture transfer with food: hot air transfer heat to food grains, the
temperature rising, the moisture evaporates into the air and discharge as exhaust. Drying grains flow
downward to the tempering section, to make food grain of inside and outside layer temperature and
moisture balance, reach homogeneous precipitation. Food into the cooling section, after cooling the
food cooled to storage temperature and discharged.
